Mac has more than 30 years of experience specializing in design and construction engineering, budgeting, scheduling and finance management of major construction projects. His most current projects include civil site design for oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial, university, healthcare facilities, parks, and commercial development. His other projects include design and construction of private and governmental capital improvement projects. He has extensive experience with construction contracts and claims law. Other recent efforts have focused on development of industrial sites, apartments, hospitals, country clubs, including complex site development for major oil and gas global corporations.
